Cancellation Policy

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in fitness training, body sculpting, strength training, mobility work, cardiovascular exercise, and any related physical activities offered by Zenergy Body Sculpting and/or Stacia Miller involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, soreness, injury, falls, cardiovascular complications, or other physical or emotional harm. I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in these activities and that I have no medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that would prevent me from safely engaging in exercise, unless I have disclosed such conditions in writing prior to participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness or body sculpting program. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Zenergy Body Sculpting, Stacia Miller, and any affiliated contractors, employees, or representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in services, sessions, classes, or use of facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that results are not guaranteed and that individual outcomes vary based on many factors, including but not limited to consistency, effort, and personal health history. I acknowledge that I am responsible for listening to my body, communicating discomfort or pain, and stopping participation if I feel unsafe or unwell. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the legal parent or guardian consenting on behalf of a minor participant. By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.
